Mercedes Benz has released its latest military specification G-Class - W464, which combines search and rescue and special operations modes. While retaining the essence of its 40 year design, this off-road vehicle has added many new features. Specifically, the W464 is essentially a streamlined and off-road version of the civilian version of the G-Class, powered by a 3.0-liter turbocharged diesel inline six cylinder engine and connected to a new nine speed automatic transmission, capable of generating 245 horsepower and 443 pound feet of torque.
